anyone use BATRANSFER London to Harwich port?

Couldn't believe how expensive it was to go 77 miles from London to port in Harwich (Oct 13 TA on Infinity).

 

BATransfer offers the best rate...but it has some negative reviews.

Just wondered in any cruiser here has used them before and would care to comment?
