This guy never returns calls... and takes days (like 3 or 4) to respond to an email. By the time he does, I have another question, which again.. he won't respond to unless I email him twice again. We finally gave up on him and called the regular NCL # and spoke with someone else, and that person didn't understand why he wasn't responding, so she got in touch with him for us, and THEN he returned our call. After all that, he didn't have the answer to our question and was going to "find out and get back to us".. that was 4 days ago! :mad: He sure was around when we were first booking 12 cabins.. ohhh then he picked up on the first ring.
