I'm back!

Sorry for the delay in finishing the review, I was out of town all week. Let's get back to the review!

So, we didn't arrive in Curacao until 1pm, so this is the only day that they serve actual "breakfast" in the main dining room as well as "lunch" instead of "Seaday Brunch".

Here is the breakfast menu - http://s28.photobucket.com/user/TheCruiseBoys/media/2014-06-07%20Carnival%20Breeze/Carnival%20Breeze%20Menus/8706718b90b39955f6e21cf39ee32902_zpsa19332b6.jpg.html

I personally prefer the traditional breakfast / lunch service in the dining room, so this was a very nice treat.

After walking around the ship, it's time for lunch. YAY! Real lunch (not brunch)! The menu was actually pretty good. We went shortly before they closed and the restaurant was quite empty (which was refreshing).

We got off the ship about an hour after we docked. I have to say that Curacao was actually my least favorite port.

The area near the port itself was fine. You dock at a Renaissance Casino Hotel which is very nice. They have some high-end shopping - including a Starbucks (it seemed that half of the ship stopped there for Starbucks, and the free wifi) - http://s28.photobucket.com/user/TheCruiseBoys/media/2014-06-07%20Carnival%20Breeze/DSC00645_zps4055608b.jpg.html

This is the street that most of the shopping was on - http://s28.photobucket.com/user/TheCruiseBoys/media/2014-06-07%20Carnival%20Breeze/DSC00646_zpsec868067.jpg.html

From afar, the town itself is quite pretty - http://s28.photobucket.com/user/TheCruiseBoys/media/2014-06-07%20Carnival%20Breeze/DSC00647_zps4cf4c145.jpg.html

They have a touristy area around the dock (where the Renaissance is), called RIF FORT - http://s28.photobucket.com/user/TheCruiseBoys/media/2014-06-07%20Carnival%20Breeze/DSC00658_zps575ee0b3.jpg.html

They have a cool "swinging bridge" that goes between one area and the main downtown area. It's a floating bridge that goes back and forth on the water. It was neat.

A great shot of our ship from Curacao - http://s28.photobucket.com/user/TheCruiseBoys/media/2014-06-07%20Carnival%20Breeze/DSC00677_zps1f3c9261.jpg.html

When we returned to the ship (before dinner) it seems that the room stewards do the "evening cleaning" earlier than normal (likely because we are docked until 10pm). We came back to the room with a rabbit.

Tonight, we treated ourselves to dinner at Cucina del Capitano! http://s28.photobucket.com/user/TheCruiseBoys/media/2014-06-07%20Carnival%20Breeze/DSC00727_zps9b6c09c2.jpg.html

Time for Hasbro The Game Show. It was super cute, but I don't know that I'd go back again. Once you've seen it once, I think thats enough.

Time for bed!

Tomorrow I'll post Aruba!
