Anthem of the Seas - deck 6/7 balconies

Does anyone know why a lot of the above are shown to have a 50% obstructed view ?

 

All images I can find on web do not show what would be causing this obstruction.

It could be because of the lifeboats below, although that really doesn't obstruct your outward view at all....

It's the lifeboats. At least for deck 6. The way it has been explained is...If you're sitting on your balcony, you'll look at all lifeboat. If your standing, you'll be able to see over the lifeboat and out into the water. Deck 7, I believe has some structures from the lifeboats blocking some views.

That sounds like some quality planning then !!!!!!
