Juice Bar on the Triumph?

My GF, the VERY healthy eater, is willing to condescend :) to non-organic food for a few days (even *gasp* seafood!). But she's hoping there might at least be a juice bar available on the ship where she could order fresh fruit-and-veggie juices. Does anyone know?

 

Otherwise, does anyone know if there are there any restrictions in terms of bringing fresh produce ONTO the ship when we board in NY? There's a outside chance we may want to bring along her juicer and a few pounds of carrots, apples, etc...
