Question for AMPLAC regarding Paynes Bay area

I have enjoyed and used numerous suggestions you have made for many stops by cruise ship in Barbados. This is a bit off topic from cruising but I thought with your extensive knowledge of the island, you might be able to help me.

 

I am interested in renting a 4 bedroom villa and saw one listed right on Paynes Bay next to the Treasure Beach Hotel. It is named either "Heavens Beach" or "New Mansions" It will be our "Home Away" from home for a week and I wondered if you might be familiar with the property. I have never rented a villa before and am afraid that the photos may not match the reality. It is very important to several of my family members to be directly on the beach and there do not seem to be many villas that fit this requirement.
