The website lists a good variety of activities for many Caribbean islands at good prices. It seems to be something of a brokerage company for multiple operators. Does anyone know anything? My clients (8 pax) paid for a Cruising Excursions tour and received their vouchers from the company. Days before the tour Cruising Excursions changed the time 2 1/2 hours from a morning to an afternoon tour which was now to end exactly when the last tender was scheduled to the ship. Note, this was on a small island in the Atlantic, the last port-of-call on the cruise. The day before the tour was scheduled they again made another "major change" announcing that my clients private tour was now a group tour with no explanation and almost no notice. When the clients protested and wanted their money refunded (they did not take the tour) Cruising Excursions refused stating that they had the right to make changes. However, they also state that if they make a major change they will offer a refund. I have exchanged 10 e-mails with this company and have gotten nowhere on the refund. Beware if your clients have any problems with this company and check other review media for more trouble reported with Cruising Excursions tours.
