Quantum E1 Balcony

E1 - the mid ship balcony with slightly smaller cabin size but larger balcony - on decks 6, 7 and 8.

 

Looking at "pictures" of the Quantum are these balconies "set in" i.e., although not obstructed by lifeboats, they appear to be set back and not looking directly into the water. (as some other balcony cabins also)

 

Thoughts? Is it only the fully outer cabins that look directly into the sea?
