Payment info on NCL website

I booked our first NCL cruise with a TA. why can't I see our down payment and remaining balance due and final due date on my account. I know there are no issues. I have all our pap work from our TA. Have cruised RCCL and could always see that on their website.

I see everything else, room number, booked shore excursions etc...

 

Just curious if I should be able to see payment info or not.

Since you have booked through a TA, your payments must go through them and that is why payment info does not show in MyNCL. Just trust the paperwork sent to you by your TA.
