One time, our ta failed to credit our account. Fortunately, I had her emails, but it took guest services two days before they had i Credited to our account. It was only a five day cruise :mad:

We've never had a problem, but we carry our cruise reservation docs with us.

They show the cabin, and any OBC. A little backup in case of any problems.

I "always" carry my cruise, hotel, and airline info with me when traveling. I used to print it out but now that I carry a 10" tablet, I make digital PDF copies and store them on the tablet in case I need to pull them out for proof. Much easier to carry then a lot of papers.
