Breeze - Aft view balcony or Ocean Suite?

There is a $1400 price difference; is it worth it? There are 3 of us: husband, me and 9 year old DS. We cruised in a RCCL junior suite aft balcony last year if that helps.

I like the extended aft balconies a lot, was on the Breeze and would recommend deck 8. deck 9 is mostly covered so if you prefer a shady balcony that would be good but the lido deck could get noisy.

 

Port side you get to smell the steakhouse, starboard you get to smell the BBQ on the sea days.

 

I will say that the heat can be unbearable from about noon to 3pm on the aft extended. I don't mind this, but you might want to take that into consideration.

Thank you! All that's available is Deck 7 and Deck 9. Don't want too much shade as I like sitting on my balcony getting sun. I appreciate your feedback :)

I wouldn't spend an extra $1400 for a Suite on CCL. At least on RCCL, you get double points.
