Cape Town to Cape Town

Has anyone done the Oceania cruise called Southern African Holiday leaving from Cape Town, up to Mozambique, back around the Cape and on to Namibia before returning to Cape Town? The ship advertised currently is Nautica. We sailed on the Riviera and found it lovely but Nautica is smaller. Also, how were the pre-cruise excursions if anyone took one?

This is a new itinerary as such for Oceania. While they have visited some of these ports on other itineraries, this itinerary is new. The Nautica is a great ship. Yes she is smaller than Riviera, but I believe that you will like her. The GDR is now serving one entree each night from both Red Ginger and Jacques. The entertainment is a little more cabaret style since the show lounge is designed more as a cocktail lounge than a theatre.

Seeing the East AND West Coasts of South Africa is very unusual, and you won't believe how different they are.

Nautica is a particularly gorgeous ship, and at literally half the size of the Riviera, delightfully intimate...
