RCCL for 10 and 14 year old

We'll be on Freedom of the Seas next June. My kids will be 10 (nearly 11) and 14. Can anyone tell me what kind of activities the kids and teens clubs offer for these age groups?

This is a thread I had bookmarked. While the exact schedule will be different, the types activities will be similar.

 

I've been looking too. Mine will be 11 and 14 when we go on Allure in November.

 

They had a blast on the Freedom when they were 9 and 6. My son did the rock wall and was hooked. He now climbs as a hobby, takes classes, wants to get a job at our local indoor climbing gym because of that cruise!
