bumbleklutz Posted July 20, 2014 #2 Share Posted July 20, 2014 Thank you for that. A few weeks ago I was looking for that very information, and coming up blank. I'm sure many folks will find it very helpful.
okgirl Posted July 20, 2014 #3 Share Posted July 20, 2014 Everyone should note that none of the email addresses given above (except maybe the specialty restaurants) are REQUIRED to respond to an individual's private email. They often will, but Carnival actually prefers that you make any unique requests through your PVP/TA or Carnival travel specialist. If you do choose to contact the ship directly I wouldn't do so much more than a week prior to your cruise. They tend to make plans for seating assignments, cabin configuration and stuff like that during the cruise immediately preceding the cruise that you are booked on. If you make requests too far in advance there is a greater chance your request will be lost in the shuffle.

If you make requests too far in advance there is a greater chance your request will be lost in the shuffle. They will respond more often than not. As they are company issued email addresses, you can always resend it. The part about them not being expected to respond is from a brand ambassador who doesn't want to deal with an upset guest and uses it as an excuse. This certain brand ambassador happened to also says that their spam filtering software, Postini, filters all email addresses not sent from @carnival.com. That isn't how Postini operates and if it was true, nobody would be able to send an email to their PVP, Carnival Customer Support or any specific member throughout the organization.
