reservations?

As the previous poster mentioned, you will not be charged when you make online reservations with the Ultimate Dining Package. Deciding whether or not to book in advance is a very personal decision. We decided to book our Cirque show in advance so we knew we could go the first night (the only night it is included in the UDP) and make advance reservations for my Father-in-law's birthday. Everything else we'll decide on board. Enjoy!

Though this topic seems to get more attention than just about anything these days, keep in mind that plenty of people do not make reservations until they board, often the same day.

Really.

Or even make NO reservations and just walk up. Really.

We just got off the Breakaway and also had free specialty dining at 3 restaurants. We were able to book the reservations once we got to the port and had our sign and sail card. They have tables set up so that you can do this at the port. I would suggest that you make your reservations as soon as possible because the dining times go fast and you may only be able to get a very late seating. We saw many people complain that they could not get the time they wanted to eat. Making your reservations sooner rather then later is the best. Also, if you are eating at any of the free restaurants you can make those reservations from home before the cruise date. I hope that this helps answer your question. Have a wonderful cruise.
