OfTheSeasCruiser Posted July 24, 2014 Author #27 Share Posted July 24, 2014 Not all kids prefer bigger ships. I booked my son's high school graduation cruise (he was 17) on a Voyager Class, rather than the alternative which was a Radiance Class, thinking he'd prefer the larger ship. (He'd cruised a couple of times previously.) He is adamant that he prefers smaller ships. I think we tend to assume young people want the larger ships with all the bells and whistles, but that's not always the case. Thank you for this. I totally agree with it. We were just on the Radiance to Alaska and absolutely loved it. We loved it more then our NCL Epic cruise the year before, not only because it was to Alaska on Royal Caribbean, but because we loved the ship so much. OHRiverRats Posted July 27, 2014 #28 Share Posted July 27, 2014 The ports on the Jewel would be great, but we enjoyed our trip on the Oasis so much more! If you've never tried her, you certainly should! Have a great cruise whatever you decide :) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
