Adding Explore 4 promotion to current booking

Our fare had gone up $100/person for our 14 day cruise. I called twice hoping to get someone who would add Explore 4 without the upcharge. Maybe I should have called a couple more times. I went ahead and paid the upcharge.

Europeans don't get it either! It really is a very poor marketing policy by HAL to treat different markets with different values.

I think it's well worth it, but it doesn't seem fair. Did you book directly with HAL?

 

VMax, I also don't think it's fair that non-US clients can't get the promotion.
