Is this on a Friday/Sat or Sun to Thurs. When in April? Easter is April 5th so Spring Break usually goes well into April when Easter is in April. Spring Break is extremely "high season".

 

Literally prices can vary several $100 based on the exact date and availability.

 

Be mindful that your budget won't get you much if this is on a Fri/Sat night. More than likely this will be in the Central South Beach area and not on Ocean/Collins.
