Solstice class accessible cabin question

We are considering booking an ocean view accessible cabin on one of the Solstice class ships and wonder if anyone has stayed in cabins 3101 to 3104 in the front of the ship. These cabins cost quite a bit less than the balcony accessible cabins and the trip is a Transatlantic in April when the use of a balcony would be minimal.

Have you checked the S-Class Cabin Spreadsheet Sticky at the top of this CC Board ?

Lots of good info to be found there

Cheers!

Ps... Be aware that cabin numbers can be different for various S-Class Ships altough the ship's deck plans are similar. So for example, the exact locale for Accessible Cabins from ship might be the same... The cain numbers would differ. This is why it s a good idea to consult each of the S-Ship Deckplans and note ship name & cabin numbers for esentially the same location... This will give you a better framework when looking at the Cabin Spreadsheet Sticky.

There are 54 plus pages of listings of cabin reviews and although I went through 5 or more, none of them reviewed the ocean view accessible cabins. I chose the Solstice class to inquire about cabins on the lowest deck to inquire as to anyone had reserved a cabin on that deck near the Solstice Theatre to see what their opinions were of that location and cabin. 54 pages is a lot of research that I am hoping to avoid!!! On our B2B Mediterranean cruise last September we were in an accessible balcony cabin for the first half and then moved down to an outside accessible cabin for the second leg. The cabins were identical, except for the absence of the balcony. The window on the outside cabin was acceptable, but we did miss the floor to ceiling and almost wall to wall windows of the balcony cabin.

From our travels with Celebrity we have found the all the Solstice class balcony (including Aqua and Concierge) and outside cabins are the same size.

We have always used our balcony a lot when on April TAs.

As usual, these boards are sooo helpful. The cruise we are looking at ends up in London leaving from Florida so I can imagine it would be nice to have that balcony for at least half of the trip. I'm just not sure it would be worth $1,500 more in fare but we'll have to evaluate it and see.

Again, thanks to all of you who responded!!!

Trish
