Confused about Food Tours!

I am looking for the cooking class on the beach. Not the walking tour. But there seems to be some confusion with what I am reading. It seems like either one person owns more than one cooking on the beach school or names have changed or they went out of business.

 

On Trip Advisor two people posted they were stood up by one of these companies. This is what I found:

Hopefully someone will know if the cooking class is still available.
