Flying to FLL for Miami Cruise

I know we've stayed somewhere in the FLL area that provided a shuttle to the Miami Port. Any ideas? Since we're flying into FLL I'm trying to keep all the shuttle and taxi costs to a minimum.

This wouldn't be for free. This would be pricy. Most of the shuttles in the FLL area are taking passengers to the FLL port/airport.

Have you thought about staying in Miami and taking transportation from that hotel? Some have free shuttles, but most will charge a fee. We don't like waiting for hotel shuttles, so we always hop in a taxi. We like to get to the port pretty early, so it's worth it to us to just pay for a taxi.

We, like you, like to keep costs down as well. On our last cruise, we flew into W. Palm, ($600 cheaper for us), and then took Tri-Rail down to FLL and crossed the street to go over to our hotel. Tri-Rail is very cheap and very easy.

Any hotel offing this (and you may find a couple at http://www.sunny.org) is just building the cost of transportation into the room.

A better option is to stay where you want and then book your own transportation -- SAS, QLS, MJS, Goa Airport and others make the FLL area to POM run every day with fares starting around $15 per person.
