LonW Posted August 13, 2005 #4 Share Posted August 13, 2005 If the ship is leaving at 5:00 p.m. Get in line as early as 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. or wait till 4:00 p.m. and there will be little or no line. Check-in on line before you leave home and you will save time checking in. You should be able to check into your cabin by noon at the earliest. CaptData Posted August 13, 2005 #5 Share Posted August 13, 2005 Don't wait until 4:00 PM, some ships have a cut off of 1 hour before sail in the start port so that they can do the lifeboat drill before they leave at 5 PM.
springtxbill Posted August 14, 2005 #6 Share Posted August 14, 2005 I have found that showing up around 11:00 is an ideal time to avoid long lines and get on the ship early. :)
jane02 Posted August 14, 2005 #7 Share Posted August 14, 2005 How do you check in on line? What does this eliminate on the day. Thanks Jane
