A Fantasy thought

As long as it was more Seabourn and less Seadream. We love Seabourn as it is, but prefer to be on Seadream in the Caribbean because of the casualness of it and all. But Seabourn has it hands down when it comes to avoiding problems and handling them if they even occur.

We had the opportunity to sail the Seabourn Goddess 1 when Seabourn bought Sea Goddess. We were old guard Sea Goddess people--we had over 120 days on the Goddess duo. Obviously we loved it--we loved the serious dress code that existed. We were shocked, as were most of the staff, when the more formal dress code was abandoned on the Seabourn Goddess 1. We complained, and received a nice phone call from the CEO of Seabourn--he explained the strategy for the combined fleet, and suggested we try Seabourn. We booked a Seabourn Pride cruise, and boarded with a serious chip on our shoulder. It took one day for us to become convinced that Seabourn was for us. We have wonderful memories from our Sea Goddess days--but we are the old guard who still like the more formal type cruise, and Seabourn has done it right, and Sea Dream obviously has done it right for the more informal type cruising.
