runninwild Posted June 12, 2004 #1 Share Posted June 12, 2004 Is this cabin larger than other E's. Does anyone know of any links to pictures of this cabin? I imagine it could be bouncy in rough seas. Thanks for your help.
Dolebludger Posted June 12, 2004 #2 Share Posted June 12, 2004 Never been in this cabin, but it is legend. Have been in 617. Only problem with 601 is noise when they drop anchor. If you can book it at a reasonable price, do so immediately!! KatWag Posted June 12, 2004 #3 Share Posted June 12, 2004 We were in 601. Click Here We loved the cabin. Have to warn you though... it is noisy even if you don't tender. They were usually doing mechanical stuff with lots of loud hammering during daytime hours. Also, when you are arriving at any port or departing, lots of loud noise just the other side of the bed. Space and layout are great. I'd definitely book it again. Kathy
Ngaire Posted June 13, 2004 #4 Share Posted June 13, 2004 I just looked at your shots and I have sailed in that cabin. The support pole is so obvious in those pictures and yet I never even remember the pole. Funny how we forget things that is what is so wonderful about a picture. My fascination was with the way the TV swivelled between the bedroom and the living area. I love that cabin too. The extra room makes up for any noise for me. I don't want to get sea sick!! -plantanos
cruiseluv Posted January 29, 2005 #6 Share Posted January 29, 2005 Hi, Check this link: http://www.****************.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=000906#000000 In the Navigator you don't want to be in the back due to vibrations. The front and midship should be fine Sorry, but it won't let me post the link.

ridolphi Posted January 29, 2005 #8 Share Posted January 29, 2005 I responded to the other poster regarding this suite, if that will help any.
KatWag Posted January 29, 2005 #9 Share Posted January 29, 2005 Platanos, I looked in your profile - was going to email you some of the pics, but it said you'd elected no email. If you'd like me to send some, edit your profile to add your email and I'll be happy to forward a few along. For what it was worth, the only problem we noticed was noise, not motion. I didn't feel the motion was much different than other areas of the ship, to be honest with you. The room is laid out like a suite - totally separate bedroom and living area. I would recommend that you go for it. What is the itinerary? Kathy
