When the ADA placed restrictions on business owners that prohibit them from questioning the validity of service animals, that opened the door for the fakes and phonies to run rampant with this.

 

So far, it is not against the laws for other guests to question the validity of the so-called service animals they see.

 

Nobody is right or wrong in this discussion. Only making non-politically correct statements (Which used to be called the truth).

Not to mention that some business are making tons of $$'s selling these phony service dog licenses and registrations, since they are not required.

My inlaws bought a certificate and service dog vest for their pet and think it's ok. I think it's disgusting and offensive that they would do that so they can take her into restaurants with them. If they took her on a cruise as a "service animal" I would lose all respect for them.
