Back around 1977 we were luckily enough to get a personal tour of the LB set by Brett Garwood (you will still see his name on LB credits and any Spelling Goldberg show). We spent about three hours on the set watching the filming. Resulting in screen time of about three minutes.

All the scenes were filmed in the bar/night club on a formal night. I still laugh being up close to some of the extras with "formal" clothing safety pinned together. I guess from a distance clothing and people look better.

We walked around the sound stage and saw the outside embarkation area, which was really inside as was the pool. The stage pool was about three feet deep.

I got to eat at the craft table with Issac and Doc. It was a great time and my son (age ten at the time) still talks about that trip.

Also, got driven around in a golf cart to the sets of MASH and Starsky & Hutch, way cool.
