Yari mommy of 2 Posted September 7, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 7, 2014 I have been on CC reading reviews left and right. We are a family of 2 adults and 5 kids. In the set of 5 kids i have an infant well he will be 2 on this cruise to europe. We go on cruises every 3-4 months so my kids especially my infant has travelled alot so i always bring all gears needed. My question is in europe how easy is it to stroll a stroller around? I have read alot of reviews but non mention kids in strollers. We do excursions with the cruise line. Never on our own due to it being easier for us to have our day planned. Hope i get some good answers here
celebrity Posted September 7, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 7, 2014 You will get lots of advice if you provide the ports of call. Some places are easy to navigate, others would be difficult. Barcelona is probably one of the easiest ports with a stroller but I don't know your itinerary.

kebhouse Posted September 7, 2014 #4 Share Posted September 7, 2014 Everything I've read about visiting Europe with kids has said that if you take a stroller make sure it's something lightweight and easy to fold up and carry up stairs and around other non-stroller-friendly places. A lightweight umbrella stroller would probably work well and just be prepared to carry it some. Sent from my iPad using Forums
dancinman66 Posted September 7, 2014 #5 Share Posted September 7, 2014 In old town areas the paths are all cobblestone and very hard to wheel a stroller You can if careful but it's not like a concrete path Light weight fold up maybe like other poster said Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Rome would be fine except at the Colosseum Athens is difficult if you are planning on visiting the Acropolis and Parthenon Ephesus is in Turkey, not Greece. The port is Kusadasi and that would be fine with a stroller. The ancient city of Ephesus however, would be extremely difficult if not impossible. Santorini again would be a chore with the funicular. Barcelona is hands down the easiest port.
