Traveling on RCI With a Bedwetter- What Do They Provide?

We will be traveling with my son and his family and their kids occasionally wet the bed. My DIL always packs water resistant pads but I'm wondering if there is something that RCI provides to protect the mattress. I'm sure she will talk to her cabin steward about it as soon as they board. Anyone have experience with this?

You may want to email special needs and ask what, if anything, they will provide. I would definitely pack a plastic sheet just incase, though.
