lauren0309 Posted September 9, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 9, 2014 I just called Royal Caribbean 3 times and each time I can hear them but they can't hear me. I gave up on the third try. Anyone else have this problem? Here was my problem. I printed out my setsail pass. On it was typed my old credit card number for my onboard expense account. I will not be using that credit card onboard. Do I cross out the old number or wait until I get to the pier and give them my new credit card? Life is Good Cruising Posted September 9, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 9, 2014 You can give them the credit card that you want to use when you check in.

Since you have to physically give them a credit card at check-in, it does not have to be the one that you used when you did your on-line check-in. ZoeyVictoria Posted September 9, 2014 #5 Share Posted September 9, 2014 I changed credit cards after printing my set sail pass last month. The check-in clerk lined through the CC number and expiration date and I had to initial each change on the set sail pass. Took an extra ninety seconds or so. I am an administrator for a large Cisco VoIP phone system. We had the same issue once or twice. Gotta love modern technology.
