Very strange email

the mail address is not in question, its the fact that the OP got a message from a

"Luggage Support Specialist"

 

The email address is in question since it was sent to the wrong person at Royal Caribbean (at least with a rccl.com address it should have gone to someone at Royal Caribbean). I hope for the OP's sake that the "Luggage Support Specialist" forwarded the message to the right person and that the credit was applied. If I were the OP I would resend the request to the correct address with an explanation of where the original went and what the reply was. This just to make sure that the request was processed.
