Minimum age in the gym

Hello all!

 

Is there a minimum age to workout at the ship gyms? My kids are 12 and 14, both dance competitively and spend quite a bit of time at the gym next to our dance studio.

"Spa Carnival and fitness center:

Guests under 12 years of age are not permitted in these facilities.

Guests between the ages of 12 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times."

I took my daughter to the gym and she was 12 at the time and stayed by her side. You'll be fine.

My 14 year old nephew went in without a problem. No goofing around, no problem. :)

I took my son and daughter (they both lift) and had no problems other than there are not a lot of free weights or a weight bench (it was what they are used to).
