Pre-paid UBP. What's next?

Have purchased the package twice before but this is first time pre-paying. Will I be getting a sticker when I do my cruise check in at the terminal or will I have to find one of the spots on the ship to get my sticker? Sailing on the Breakaway if it matters.

I know my UDP sticker was on my key card when I checked in for the Breakaway last month. I expect the same will be the case for UBP

Was on the Getaway last week. We had UDP and UBP. Our cards had two different colored stickers on them when we picked them up at the terminal check-in.

This sounds better then having to wait in a second line after boarding. Cuts into my drinking time. Lol

I am cruising with my elderly mom in March on the Breakaway. She can't drink for medical/medication reasons. I know usually need to have all 21plus cabin members to purchase the package but will they make exceptions for medical reasons?

Simply do not purchase the package and enjoy your favorite cocktails. Do not worry... you are not being discriminated against.

Didn't think I was being discriminated against. Just wanted to know the answer. On our last Princess cruise a friend was able to purchase even though her room mate didn't due to medical reasons.

I apologize... the "discriminated" remark was pre-emptive on my part.

 

Historically, the answer has been "no" based on posts here -- you certainly will not be able to pre-purchase it as you describe. You could possibly find a manager onboard who is amenable to your specific situation. In hospitality, there can always be exceptions to the rules...
