Help with UBP please

I’m new to the NCL board and am about to book my first cruise (for next year), but could use some help with the beverage package. I thought I had read somewhere that fresh juice, expresso-based coffee and mineral water were all excluded from the UBP – I’ve searched but can’t see where I might have read this and I’m hoping that an experienced NCL cruiser can enlighten me. If they’re not included, presumably they’re all available to buy at extra cost?
I know all the convenience and budgetary arguments – I’m just trying to get my head around the subject
