Adding excursions - Balance due

Our cruise is 6 months away. We have a balance due. My question is, if we add any excursions thru Carnivals site, do they get added to the balance due or do we have to be at zero balance in order to add any excursions? (Sorry if that's a dumb question).

You pay for your excursions by credit card when you book them.

Yup, your excursions are separate from your cruise fare. You are charged for your excursions on your credit card at time of booking.

 

You do not have to have your cruise paid in full to book excursions.

Are you allowed to cancel the excursion if you change your mind? If so, how does that work?

Yes you can cancel for a full refund up to a few days before sailing (I'm not sure how many days). The cost will be refunded to the credit card you paid with.

Yup, as all others have mentioned above.

 

I purchased FTTF for my upcoming cruise a few days after I had booked back in Feb. I had only paid the deposit at that point for my cruise, but paid the FTTF fee right then.

and be grateful, it didn't used to be this way. just two years ago, the cruise had to be paid in full to even pull up actual excursion pages to check times, etc. have a great cruise!
