Can you post the link to the blog again please.:D

Here's the link to my blog: http://cruisewhimsy.com/

I've been posting this review over on my blog (trying to clean up the typos first and add a few more pictures). As soon as I finish that, I'll start writing about our last cruise with the minions...which was on the Carnival Glory, on the Eastern Caribbean itinerary (golf cart racing in Grand Turk, trolley trauma in Puerto Rico and the disappearing Half Moon Cay).

You have an amazing sense of humor that conveys well in your writing. I have a teen DS and DD and we all also have a fun and quirky sense of humor that can border on inappropriate to some. But it makes for some very funny vacation stories! If you pay attention, there are a lot of funny and different people everywhere.

The casino story had me dying!:D

I see you have a countdown to a cruise in April? Please, Please tell me you are going on the Miracle on the 18th. I would be glad to be a minion and my DH would give you plenty of Blog Fodder. In any case I will be looking forward to your next post and have already added your blog site to my favorites.

You mention in the beginning that you can email the excursions desk about FTTF and find the email on carnival's site? Any ideas where/how?

Here's the email address for the shore excursion desk, it's listed in the shore excursion FAQ's: shoreexcursions@carnival.com

And...I'm sorry...but, we're not going to be on the Miracle in April...it's on my cruise wish list though! I hope I get the opportunity to sail on the Miracle while she's here on the west coast.

For our April cruise...the kids, the minions and I are going back on the Glory, sailing out of Miami.

A really great review! Who did you book your Manatee swim excursion through? We definitely want to do this one.

You have to call for reservations, my son and I will be swimming with the manatees in January thanks to Sharon's awesome review and gorgeous pictures

You don't need to book ahead of time for the manatees, we didn't! When you arrive at Chankanaab there are different lines...one for people purchasing entry only and one for those purchasing a manatee or dolphin swim. It's very easy and a greeter will be there to direct you to whichever line you'll need! You'll love it!

Loved the review! Just booked a first Carnival Cruise which is on the Magic - I was dying with your Pappas story about the Texans fans glaring your direction thiking you were rooting for the Cowboys - poor you! I am a die hard Texans fan and so your retelling of the game in the restaurant was too funny! I'm surprised there weren't more Cowboys fans than just one - those pesky critters seem to show up everywhere, unfortunately :p! We lost the game, so it's good you got out before it ended lol!!

You went to some of the same places we did on prior Disney cruises (to Cozumel and Grand Cayman) and your stories and photos brought back fun memories!

I'll check out your blog - love your writing as everyone has said. Happy traveling, and Go Texans!! ;)

Point taken...yes indeed, I am a hypocrite. Please feel free to bypass the rest of my ramblings. Sorry for the offense.

No, actually, you aren't a hypocrite. Laughing at the goings on at the guest relations desk and ogling and commenting on a young lady's body, which is what I assume took place as your daughter sunbathed, are ENTIRELY different things, and only an ogre would not be able to make the distinction.
