How Soon Can We Book?

My husband and I along with 5 or 6 other couples are planning Alaska Sept 2016. We want specific cabin locations and dining time so I know we'll have to book early but want to be prepared. Taking along many first time cruisers with us. Any advice you can offer would also be appreciated. Thanks.

Celebrity just announced the deployment schedule for Alaska will open Nov. 18 for Loyalty Members (past Celebrity passengers) and Nov. 21 for the general public. There is a thread on it if you look for it, but you will be able to book at that time.
