we booked at our local TA, and when we got home and hour later it was already on the princess planner for us. we were very impressed. :D

You were able to fax your shareholder info in at the same time as you booked? I thought you had to wait until final payment was made to have the shareholder credit applied?

sorry i miss read your post. i thought it was abut booking a trip and yout personal planner came up quickly. im not a shareholder , sorry for the mix up.

No worries. There was a time where it took weeks for the shareholder benefit to be applied. So getting it in a timely matter is great and we are now able to check if it has been applied in our cruise personalizer as well.

When you book a cruise the booking should show up immediately. If it doesn't...there is something wrong.

I see you are from Glasgow. We will be visiting there on a British Isles cruise next July. Any hints? we are looking at an excursion with Busy Bus.

Yes they have got very quick and efficient about it :)!! I can fax it in the morning and by lunchtime it is applied!

You don't have to wait until final payment to send it in, I always send mine right after I book. The only thing is you have to watch your booking like the last promo for the free gratuities and OBC. I called and got that added on and then they sent me a confirmation email I noticed my previous OBC had dropped $100 so I called and they said the system had dropped my shareholder OBC but no problem they could just add that back on for me. Which they did and everything is fine!

i dont know what tour you are doing with busy bus. but i recommend doing the open top bus tour, it goes round the city to most all the sights you would want to see. you can get on and off to go visit them, if you stay on the bus without getting off it takes 1hr .20mins to do.
