Anyone rented tux from carnival on-board guest services?

Just wondering if anyone had used the Bonvoyage Service that offers Tuxedo rentals from Carnival?

You mean I gotta wait this long until we sail?

My wife and love to get dressed up. We have rented a tux through the cruiseline both times before the cruise. The first time we were in a suite on Celebrity. The tux was delivered to our room, I assume by the butler. Last June we were also in a suite on The Carnival Legend and we had a card telling us that my tux was waiting for me at The Formalities Shop. On Carnival the jacket didn't fit so I took it back to the shop and Alana was more then happy to swap it with a new jacket. When I went to get ready for the Captain's Party before dinner, the adjustment clasp on the pants broke. I tried to call Formalities and it was closed. I then called the Pursers Desk to find out the hours and when I explained what my problem was the told me thet they would page Alana. About 10 or 15 minutes later Alana called and told me she would meet me at the shop. She had come back about a half hour early from her break to help me. I wrote up a card commending her and also wrote a comment in the survey they had placed on our bed on the last night. I was told that the card stays on the ship and the surveys go to the corporate office after the department head's sees them. We also gave her a tip when I returned the tux. I'm planning on renting a tux from the cruise again next month. The price is right and I don't have to worry about traveling with it.

My husband rented a tux on our last cruise and I just called in the measurements and picked it up the day we boarded the ship. The tux fit perfect and looked great on him. Plan on doing it again and don't have to pack his suits which saves a lot of space. Don't hesitate to rent from the ship I don't think you will be disappointed. Linda
