Do we just get a sticker on our room card for the UBP just like we would for the soda package? And do we still have to sign for every drink so we can give if we want to? We like to give the best bartenders a little more than the standard 15% gratuity.

Your account is also provisioned for UBP in the system in case you lose your key card or the stickers wears off.

you do sign for every drink, the 15% is based on the price of the drink ordered, not what you paid for the package, and you can always add to it

The 15% auto gratuity that appears on the check for a UBP transaction is meaningless. It gets reversed by the system later.

I know its not charged to my folio, but I thought that that still went to the crew member-if not next time I will have to give some more (we ended up giving a little cash to our regular bartenders and waitress at the end of the cruise)
