I booked last week for the Imagination on 11/20. I got an oceanview, but my room says TBA, does this mean I could possibly get something better? Or should I not get excited? Is thier different types of oceanview?

i suppose it could mean you could possibly get something better, but no, i would not get excited.

i assume you booked a guarantee fare, where carnival will pick the room for you. you are 'guaranteed' what you booked or better - but are 'guaranteed' the lowest category room of the category you booked (oceanview). often you end up with a few within category upgrades (say 6a to 6b), but out of category upgrades (such as an oceanview to suite) are far less likely.

just keep an eye on it, you're less than a month out so i'd suspect it'll be assigned pretty soon :)
