Carnival Magic Camp Carnival

Hi Guys, a few weeks ago there was some talk on here about Carnival relocating the kids clubs. They were going to be performing some maintenance.

 

I had sent John Heald a FB message asking if they were just performing maintenance or were in fact installing the new Camp Ocean. He had replied that yes, indeed Carnival Magic was receiving the Camp Ocean upgrade.

 

My question is this, have any recent cruises visited Camp? If so, did they really make the updates?

Sailed on the 12th- 19th when they started. They held camp in the conference rooms, it was a little inconvenient but nothing too difficult. Most of the activities were uninterrupted. They were still working on the new rooms when we got off.

I emailed the camp director of the ship and she said it was to be complete on Oct 26th. It is the same location being remodled.
