Yesterday Jennifer assisted in helping me get a problem resolved. I would like to publically thank her. Not only did she give sound advice she did it with upmost professionalism and sensitivity. Maybe that's where *Celebrity Cruises*, our dedicated Celebrity liaison, comes from. :) He/she is definitely an excellent, not to mention hard-working, representative of the brand. Thank you very much, Hulamoon, for taking the time to send out a public "thank you". It was nice to read. ken_ll Posted November 6, 2014 #6 Share Posted November 6, 2014 Similar to "hulamoon", I contacted the Captain's Club this morning regarding a booking next month and spoke with Rebecca with an anomoly who recognized it best be handled by the Post Cruise Department and transferred me. The anomaly was addressed promptly by Cindy in Post Cruise. I had a second concern, this took some coordination with a number of departments with success.
