I usually arrive between 12 and 12:30 and there have always been porters to take the bags. I don't know for sure they would be out there earlier, but I would think they would be ready to receive bags around 11 am. You might try checking the Port Canaveral website.

We did this in September on the Sensation. We dropped ours at 10am, but I know people are there earlier.
