I'm a Hertz Gold member and I booked a car for when we disembarked from the Norwegian Pearl on 11/8. Their shuttle picked us up at the port as expected, but once we got to their 2nd Street location, we waited for over an hour and a half for a car. They were so disorganized and unprofessional. The line just kept growing and the three guys working the counter couldn't care any less. They kept running out to see what cars they had and when they would be ready. I waited all that time and I was the third guy in line. Once we did get a car, it was dirty inside and out. I think it was returned only minutes before they rented it to me.
