You can purchase these at any large sporting goods store. I purchased mine in the kayaking/backpacking dept. The one I purchased is vinyl, ziplock opening, and is large enough for cash and credit cards. It has a cord you wear around your neck. They sell a different type on the RCCL ships. It's hard plastic, about the size of a pack of cigarettes. I personally like the vinyl one better. It's flat and less bulky...could easily tuck into swimsuit. Price is $5-10.
