sailingawaysoon Posted November 12, 2014 #1 Share Posted November 12, 2014 could someone please tell me if there is a certain size bottle you are only allowed to carry on....We are wanting to bring the double size, but have doubts that's allowed. Thanks in advance!
Rare luv2kroooz Posted November 12, 2014 #2 Share Posted November 12, 2014 (edited) 750 ml is what is technically allowable. There are various posts on here about people bringing on larger sized bottles without issue. Edited November 12, 2014 by blcruising

cantwaittogo Posted November 13, 2014 #4 Share Posted November 13, 2014 What if you put a couple bottles in your checked bags and then carry on the 750ml bottle that is allowed, would they have anyway of knowing
Stacy1436 Posted November 13, 2014 #5 Share Posted November 13, 2014 I wouldn't do that. It will be taken if they see it in your suitcase. Also, if it breaks, it will get all over your clothes. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Domino D Posted November 13, 2014 #6 Share Posted November 13, 2014 What if you put a couple bottles in your checked bags and then carry on the 750ml bottle that is allowed, would they have anyway of knowing Technically, the rule says the wine can be "only in their carry on luggage". In theory if they saw wine in your checked luggage, they could confiscate it, even if it was 2 bottles you are allowed. http://www.carnival.com/CMS/FAQs/Liquor_and_Beverage_Consumption_Policy.aspx
jamesr3939 Posted November 13, 2014 #7 Share Posted November 13, 2014 When we boarded last January there was a big sign going into the terminal that said "all wine must be in your carryon". A few years ago we boarded in San Diego and I carried on six bottles (everybody's allowance) in a cardboard grocery store carrier and nobody said anything. hftmrock Posted November 13, 2014 #8 Share Posted November 13, 2014 What if you put a couple bottles in your checked bags and then carry on the 750ml bottle that is allowed, would they have anyway of knowing its against the rules, they can find out since they do xray bags and it will be taken away if found
