Princess Email

Received an email from Princess this morning with the Captain's Newsletter but when trying to open it a system message comes up and nothing can be viewed. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem:confused:

Have never had a problem opening or reading Princess e-mails sent to me !

If it's a precruise email, you can try going to the Cruise Personalizer and click Boarding Pass and Docs up in the upper right corner. The emails should be down a the bottom. I say should be because they disappeared at one point before our last cruise, but it is worth a try if the problem persists.

Have no problems with the other emails sent, only this one that had the Captain's Quarterly Newsletter in it:(.

No, it is not a precruise email (wish it was;))......it's the Captain's Quarterly Newsletter.
