Happy2cruise Posted November 16, 2014 #1 Share Posted November 16, 2014 Received an email from Princess this morning with the Captain's Newsletter but when trying to open it a system message comes up and nothing can be viewed. Rare azbirdmom Posted November 16, 2014 #3 Share Posted November 16, 2014 (edited) If it's a precruise email, you can try going to the Cruise Personalizer and click Boarding Pass and Docs up in the upper right corner. The emails should be down a the bottom. I say should be because they disappeared at one point before our last cruise, but it is worth a try if the problem persists. Have no problems with the other emails sent, only this one that had the Captain's Quarterly Newsletter in it:(.
