WE are booked Breeze in Feb ES rate.

I looked at the fare viewer this morning and the rate of the cruise only has gone down taxes and fess are higher now. So I think I can submit the form.

On the form it says total fare I see I assume that means the total taxes and fees etc. Which is more than my rate now!

don't submit the form if the TOTAL is higher (including taxes and fees)

If the TOTAL including taxes and fees are lower... go ahead and submit it.

if you submit it and the total including taxes and fees are higher, you will pay more
