Balcony stateroom near the self-service laundry. Noisy?

If you need to do your own laundry, having a cabin close to the laundromat is great. The closest we ever got was one door down and across the hall.

Never had a problem with noise after hours. During operating hours sometimes we'd hear the door slam and sometimes there were a few animated discussions outside the door in the hallway. Neither of these were a problem.

Really? I've not come across this. Do you know which ships?

When last I was on Emerald, the laundry on plaza deck forward

was open 24 hours.

I went to the desk to get quarters and inquire about the opening

time around 0400. The person at the desk directed me to one

which was 24 hours.

I also noticed one on deck 10 closed at 10pm.
