Salt Grill and Sky Bar 55th Floor ION Orchard Singapore

Had executive set lunch at the Salt Grill and Sky Bar, 55th level of ION Orchard Singapore. This place has great views of Singapore downtown, because the ION building is the tallest building in the immediate vicinity.

 

This restaurant was by Luke Mangnan, a famous Australian chef.

 

My choices for the lunch were,

 

1. Tea Smoked Quail

2. Fillet (beef)

3. Lukes Liquorice Parfait

The dessert, Lukes Liquorice Parfait. I was told this was a signature dessert. Never tasted anything like it. Definitely worth a try.

 

The lunch was relatively expensive, at Singapore $80++ (total about Singapore $100, or approximately USD 80). The food was above average, something different. The best part of the restaurant has to be the views.
